A single vineyard Shiraz from our 27 year old vineyard located at Werribee Park. Fine but firm tannins build through the palate leading to a crescendo of flavours that resonate long after you've taken a sip. The wine is seductively savoury with enough bright fruit to remain vibrant and fresh.
