Blanc de Blanc 2023

This Blanc de Blanc has been made in the methode traditionale style using hand picked Chardonnay from our Little Hampton vineyard. The finely structured palate is balanced and has excellent fruit sweetness. Granny smith and dried cranberry are complexed with nougat and almond kernel. Time on lees has added texture and interest. The finish is long and persistent as all great bubbly should be.
