Minnow Mondeuse Noir 2021

Grown extensively in the Savoie region, in the shadows of Mt Blanc in France, Shadowfax has one of the largest plantings of the grape in Australia. A great wine with rustic food, it has raspy tannins and fresh acidity that gives the wine length and drive.
