Light, bright yellow colour; fresh green apple, subtle nougat, nashi pear and passionfruit aromas, the palate delicate, fruity, reserved and again appley, with a faint tickle of sweetness, and oak is imperceptible. Clean, crisp, balanced, easy-drinking finish.

A cool, bright and racier expression of Chardonnay, green apple, lime, green melon, but with layers of gentle spice and a flick of fennel and anise in the mix - feels refreshing, vibrant and thirst-slaking in its way. It shows off the cool climate it comes from and there's gentle savoury elements in play. All up, lots of charm and appealing restraint.
