Grand Tawny NV

In 2008 we decided to make a Fortified Shiraz from the fruit at our Werribee vineyard because we loved to drink it. Over many vintages since then, we hand-pick and sort in the vineyard to ensure quality. Using a solera system, every few years the wine has been topped up with a fresh vintage of fortified Shiraz, maturing in old French barrels.
