Farm to Cellar is an exclusive dinner to showcase the extraordinary produce from local farms and purveyors surrounding the winery’s vineyards in Werribee, Geelong and the Macedon Ranges.
From the Aquaculture Farm in Werribee to Sher Wagyu in Macedon, and from the neighbouring farm gates to Shadowfax’s own veggie patch, Chef Ben D’Arcy will source ingredients from the finest growers in the region to create a unique four course menu.
Winemaker Alister Timms will perfectly match wines to each course and guide you through the pairings and flavours.
